Synergy SIS Training
Information Services has work sessions scheduled throughout the summer. Designated staff can bring their work to Kenmore Middle School and work in the new system with the assistance of a TSS Trainer. All sessions start at 9 and end at 3. Staff can arrive when it is convenient for them, and stay for as long as they need during the scheduled time.

Synergy Special Ed Training
The Office of Special Education will be providing training for Synergy SE this summer.
Special education teachers, related service providers, and others who use IEP Online daily (including specialists) are strongly encouraged to attend the summer training as IEP Online is no longer available for IEP writing.
Training for Synergy SE will begin Wednesday July 17, 2013. Sessions will be offered over a five week period on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during the following times: 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., 12:30-4:30 p.m., and 1:30-5:30 p.m. A complete training schedule detailing dates, times and locations is available in ERO.
Administrative Assistant Training, for staff who supports Special Education, can attend the following training sessions: August 23rd, 26th, 27th, 29th, and 30th from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. There will be limited training in September. Training will take place on September 10th 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. and September 12th 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Administrative assistants will be able to sign up with the Office of Special Education by sending an email to specialeducation@apsva.us
Training will be offered to School-Based Administrators during the Administrative Conference in August.
